We have substantial experience litigating family law disputes, including marriage dissolution, child custody, contempt orders, and protection orders against domestic violence.

Our notable victories include obtaining the affirmance of a final judgment of paternity and its incorporated parenting plan, which allowed a father’s child to remain in Florida instead of moving to Idaho. See M.M. v. J.H., 251 So. 3d 970 (Fla. 2d DCA 2018).

And we have taken some of our cases to oral argument, including Venn v. Fowlkes, No. 1D17-003 (Fla. 1st DCA) (stalking injunction).
